So I went to the doc today, good news I am not gluten intolerant and I don’t have celiac disease whew. However in talking to him he thinks it would be best if I continue to be gluten free for at least 3 more months, and maybe later add back a little gluten. He informed me however that he thinks I won’t ever be able to eat gluten like most people do because of my sensitive intestines. Stupid Gallbladder surgery!! Messed me all to hell!! Anyways I can add back the soy and dairy that I have been struggling with leaving out of my diet as well. I have to add these back slowly to test the waters and make sure they aren’t part of the problem. So the next 3 months will be very trying, especially with all the camping trips and such coming up, where my family likes everything deep fried, breaded, or loaded with gluten. Maybe it will be good for me though, and hopefully it will help me feel like a human being again!!
